If you have purchased our products directly from this website but aren’t 100% happy then please follow the simple steps below.

Please do not return any products without speaking to us first. Any products that have been returned without a prior notification to us are not eligible for a replacement or refund.

    • Use our contact form and select “Help with my order”. Provide us with as much information as possible on the issues you have experienced.
    • We will get back to you on next steps within 24 hours.
    • If the product was somehow damaged when it was making its way to you, we’ll send you a replacement.
    • If you opened the product (and used some of it), it is unlikely that the product can be returned but we will liaise with you on the next steps.
    • We offer a money-back guarantee, so we really want to hear from you even if you have tried the products but aren’t 100% happy.
